These are one of our most popular year round delicacies. Think quiche but with puff pastry and a gorgeous rich filling of egg yolks and cream. Ideal for a light lunch or late supper. Serve at room temperature or warmed up.
These vegetarian tartlets are so sought after that we have 3 varieties: Asparagus, Heritage Tomato & Goat’s Curd, Cornish Yarg, Fig & Beetroot and Roasted White Onion.

Remove from fridge and allow to come up to room temperature and serve.
Or to serve warm, heat for 10 minutes in a 180’C oven.
