It is made to a recipe that has been passed down through the generations. Free range legs from traditional breed pigs reared outdoors on a local farm – gilts only – are steamed first and then baked with a sweet marmalade glaze. They contain no added water, no artificial colouring and only the finest legs of ham are used.
Once opened, keep covered with greaseproof paper to prevent drying out.
