This was described by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall as “the best artisan charcuterie in the UK.” Only meat from free range traditional breed livestock is used, with no artificial flavourings or colourings.

We sell it in packs that serve 2-4 people, but we highly recommend the Charcuterie Selection (pictured) for 4-6 people, which is prepared by our own chefs and ready to serve. Garnished with figs and parmesan shavings, it is perfect for a dinner party or even a picnic. The selection includes a selection of Monmouthshire Air-Dried Ham, Cobble Lane Wagyu Beef Salami, Red Wine & Pork Salami and Spicy Chorizo.
