Description
This was described by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall as “the best artisan charcuterie in the UK.” Only meat from free range traditional breed livestock is used, with no artificial flavourings or colourings.
Each 70g packs serves 1-2 people.
We highly recommend the Charcuterie Selection (pictured) for 4-6 people, which is prepared by our own chefs and ready to serve. Garnished with caperberries and English Pecorino shavings, it is perfect for a dinner party or even a picnic. The selection includes four of our best-selling charcuterie and pairs perfectly with Meopham’s Union Red Limited Edition or our Artisan Beer Selection.
We recommend serving our charcuterie with our Cheese Selection and some Traditional Piccalilli.
