Can I I amend an order?
We will need at least two working days notice to amend an order, but in special circumstances please get in touch as we’ll always accommodate as best we can. This gives us time to inform all teams that there has been an amendment to your order without disrupting the process too much! Call us on 0203 601 5464 with your order number or postcode ready. How do I change my delivery date?

When is my order deadline?
We’re currently operating on a 2 working day lead time. This gives us enough time to prepare our products and inform our suppliers. Our next available delivery date will be available to choose via our website, however if you need something quicker please do call us and we’ll see if we can help.
When is payment taken for my order?
We will take payment when the order is placed.
How do I amend my personal details, delivery or billing addresses?
Please call us on 02036 015464 with your order number or postcode ready. Alternatively, you can e-mail us – info@formanandfield.com – ideally with as much notice as possible. If you order is already being prepared for dispatch we may not be able to update the delivery address.
Where can I find my previous orders?
Please e-mail us with your postcode and we will happily e-mail your previous orders from the last 4 years.
How do I update my delivery instructions for my order?
Please call us on 02036 015464 or e-mail us on info@formanandfield.com – we’ll do all we can to accommodate.
Can I cancel a delivery that has already been processed?
We make all orders by hand, to order, meaning we run a very tight schedule when it comes to order processing. For this reason, if we’ve already started processing your order for dispatch unfortunately it won’t be possible to cancel. However, orders with more than 2 working days to delivery we can accommodate cancellations.
How do I refer a friend or family member?
We’ve set up a “Refer a Friend” section on our website, which will not only offer them 10% off their first order, but 10% on your next order too!
Can I request an amendment to a product or hamper?
Please get in touch via email or phone, we are more than happy to accommodate bespoke requests where we can, this can include swapping products in hampers. However, we are unable to accommodate bespoke requests in December.
What is the delivery charge?
We charge a flat fee of £9.95 for nationwide weekday deliveries (Tuesday – Friday). There is a £3 supplement for Saturday deliveries. Due to length of time in transit, Isle of Man, some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland, these areas have a postage charge of £22.95 and will take a minimum of two working days to arrive. Channel Isles have a postage charge of £29.95 and will also take a minimum of two working days to arrive.
What days do you deliver on?
We deliver Tuesday – Friday, with slight variations during public holidays. All available dates are shown at the checkout online.
Can I choose the time of delivery?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer hourly slots. Our courier delivery service is from 8am-8pm. We request that our courier leaves your package safe somewhere in the event of not being able to get hold of you. If you need more information about your delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us on the day, we can call the courier on your behalf to request any information you may need.
Who will my package be delivered with and how will I be able to track it?
90% of our packages are delivered with DHL. If you’re able to provide an e-mail address when you place your order you will receive automated tracking details. If this isn’t possible please call us on the morning of delivery and we can track this for you.
Deliveries to the London area may well be carried out by one of our own personal drivers, we will e-mail you the night before your delivery to confirm. You won’t be able to track this unfortunately, but please do call us on the day of delivery if you need a more precise time, we’ll do all that we can to find out this information for you.
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
We ask our courier to leave the package in a safe place if they’re unable to get hold of you. This means it minimizes the chance of your lovely package getting returned to the delivery depot for another night! The packages don’t require a signature so you may come and go as you please.
How is the food packaged? How does the food stay cold and fresh?
Our boxes are well insulated and filled with ice packs to maintain temperature control. The ice packs will melt while your order is out for delivery; however, we test our box temperatures weekly to ensure the minimum chill time doesn’t change. The boxes can with stand transit for up to 3 days, we often transport to the Highlands of Scotland and sometimes even further afield! Please call us upon receipt of your box if you have any concerns at all and we can talk it through.
How do I store or cook the items and for how long will they keep?
All storage, cooking and shelf life instructions can be found on our website. Each item should also have a use by sticker – please call us on 0203 601 5464 if you were unable to locate this, we’ll be happy to assist.
My ice packs have melted – what do I do?
The ice packs will melt in transit, this is by design not by fault! The insulated packaging, along with the slowly melting ice packs, will have helped keep the items cool en route. As long as everything is still relatively cool upon receipt your order should still be perfect and delicious.
I’m not happy with what I’ve received – can you help?
If there’s anything that you’re not remotely happy about please call us on 0203 601 5464 or e-mail info@formanandfield.com so that we can discuss. If your item is damaged or not up to standard please do not throw these away until you’ve spoken with someone in our Customer Care Team.
Is there anywhere in the UK you don’t deliver?
We regret that we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK. Food items need individual certification which can delay the length of time packages are held in customs.
Can I request gift wrapping?
Whilst we don’t offer gift wrapping as such, rest assured every single package is packed by hand to the highest standard. We promise you your gift will be beautifully presented and gift worthy!
