Our still-soft-in-the-middle homemade Scotch eggs have become something of a culinary cult with many imitators but few equals. We now offer five varieties including a subtly spicy chorizo version, Classic Pork and our Lobster & Salmon variety.
We recommend you warm them in a preheated oven to bring out the full flavours. Don’t worry, if you follow our instructions the yolk will stay seductively runny.
Serve with Truffle Hunter Mayonnaise or Ketchup.

Cooking instructions
Take out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving. If you’d like to serve warm, simply heat in a 160C oven for 4-5 minutes.
