Cooking instructions

Take out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving. If you’d like to serve warm, simply heat in a 160C oven for 4-5 minutes.

Our still-soft-in-the-middle homemade Scotch eggs have become something of a culinary cult with many imitators but few equals. We now offer six varieties including a subtly spicy chorizo version, a vegetarian-friendly wild mushroom risotto variety and our NEW Lobster & Salmon variety.

We recommend you warm them in a preheated oven to bring out the full flavours. Don’t worry, if you follow our instructions the yolk will stay seductively runny.

Serve with Truffle Hunter Mayonnaise or Ketchup.
