This brand new tart, made by our very own chefs, is truly special. Crisp, buttery shortcrust pastry, filled with a delicious orange frangipane centre and finished with slices of burnt orange on top. A top-notch accompaniment to a couple of Negronis on a warm summer’s day, but frankly we’d devour a large slice of this with a fresh cup of tea any time of year.
