Tunworth is quite simply a world class soft cheese made in Herriard Hampshire by Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Spruce. You could compare it to camembert but frankly this is worth ten of those flavourless, mass-produced discs imported from Normandy. It’s rich, sweet, nutty, milky, heavenly.
