Cooking instructions

Remove plastic seal from wooden tray and place the lobster thermidor in its tray into a preheated oven at 175 degrees (fan assisted) for 8 minutes to warm through. Remove paper lining from tray then grill for a further 4 to 5 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Do not place tray too close to naked flame. Serve simply with a light salad and charred lemons. A glass of fizz is the perfect wine pairing.

Keep refrigerated. Minimum 4 days, unopened. Dispatched frozen. The lobsters will likely defrost in transit, but may be re-frozen if still chilled on arrival.
