Cooking instructions

Transfer to a baking tray and cook in a 200C oven for 12 minutes, then finish off under the grill until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with a crisp, green salad.

Introducing our much-loved Lobster Thermidor. You would imagine this classic gastronomic tour de force would be hard to pull off at home. Well it isn’t. We do it for you. We buy the lobsters, cook them, remove the meat, mix it into a creamy, mustardy cheese sauce and arrange it neatly within the shell ready for baking. Ta dah!
