Cooking instructions

Transfer to a baking tray and cook in a 200C oven for 12 minutes, then remove from wooden tray and finish off under the grill until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with a crisp, green salad.

Keep refrigerated. Minimum 6 days, unopened. Dispatched frozen. The lobsters will likely defrost in transit, but may be re-frozen if still chilled on arrival.
