This new version is terrific, better than we’ve tasted in any fancy pants gastropub, with Dover Sole, mussels, tiger prawns, Grade One Scottish salmon and smoked haddock in the mix. (The filling varies with availability) It’s supplied in a tray covered with our best homemade, hand-piped lobster mash ready to bake.
