This one truly is terrific, better than we’ve tasted in any fancy pants gastropub, with Dover Sole, mussels, tiger prawns, Grade One Scottish salmon and smoked haddock in the mix. It comes ready to bake in a wooden tray, covered with a heavenly homemade, hand-piped lobster mash. It doesn’t get much better than this.
