Cooking instructions

Ready to eat cold, or to produce a restaurant quality glaze ; remove from packaging, dust liberally with icing sugar and placed in a pre-heated oven – 200c until rich brown & caramelised.

Serve with our Crème Anglaise, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
