    A fantastic vegetarian alternative to the salmon coulibiac. Made with roasted butternut squash, red peppers, spinach and rice that’s been given an flavour kick with Cornish Yarg cheese and a pinch of saffron. The vibrant colours and flavours make this a stunning centrepiece. In fact, this dish has proved so popular that it’s now available in individual portions too. That’s your next veggie guest sorted! Serve with Pommes Chateaux and Roasted Cauliflower.

    Butternut Squash, Red peppers, Spinach, Rice, Saffron, Cornish Yarg Cheese (MILK), EGG wash, Puff Pastry (WHEAT flour, GLUTEN), Pumpkin Seeds & Seasoning. Allergens in Bold

    Preheat the oven to 180C and bake for 35-40 minutes until the pastry is beautifully golden.
