Cooking instructions

Remove plastic outer packaging and toss the potatoes with warm duck fat. Roast at 180C for 25 minutes until crisp and golden brown.

How hard can it be to make roast potatoes? Not that hard, but it takes precious time to get them as good as these, roasted in Seldom Seen Goose Fat.

Serve with Chicken Ballotine, Turkey Ballotine or Lamb Navarin and Roasted Root Vegetables.
