Ballotine of Chicken

Whole breast of free range chicken flattened and rolled up with a chicken and sage mousse stuffing, wrapped in air dried ham. A delicacy served in Forman’s restaurant alongside sage jus.

Remove from bag and place on wooden tray in pre-heated oven 180c for 15-20 minutes until piping hot

Please be advised that there is variation for each oven, additional cooking time may be required in some cases

Keep refrigerated. Minimum 7 days.
