Description
Put simply, a ballotine is a boned and stuffed roast. It’s a brilliant alternative to traditional roasts, a cinch to carve, and ideal for smaller gatherings. We make it with free range turkey from Seldom Seen Farm, stuffed with pork, apple and sage and wrapped in pancetta. Just heat through and slice.
We recommend to serve with Cranberry & Vintage Port Sauce or Rye Bread Sauce, Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta, Pommes Chateau and a bottle of Bolney Lychgate Red 2018.

Ingredients
Free range bronze Turkey, Chicken, smoked bacon, chestnuts (NUTS), Cream (MILK), Sage, Free range EGG, Onions, Salt & Pepper. Allergens in BOLD

Cooking instructions
Remove all packaging, transfer to a greased baking tray and into a 200C oven for 15-20 minutes (10-15 minutes for smaller size) until piping hot and golden brown all over. Check for doneness by inserting a skewer into the thickest part. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
