Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta 500gCode: V1116
Sprouts restaurant-style, prepared by hand by our chefs on Fish Island.
Brussels Sprouts, Pancetta, Thyme, Olive oil, Salt & Pepper
Remove sprouts from tray and place in hot salted boiling water for 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile saute pancetta & Thyme in olive oil until crisp.
Drain sprouts and toss into pan with a knob of butter for a further minute before serving.
