Ever noticed how restaurant mash is so much better than home-made? Chefs like our own Lloyd Hardwick have a few tricks up their sleeves to produce something so sublimely smooth. Clockwise from top left: Velvety Herb; Horseradish & Chive; Saffron and Black Truffle.
Serve with Beef Wellington, Red Mullet or Smoked Salmon Sausages.
