Red Mullet (FISH), Saffron, Olive Oil, Parsley, Confit Garlic

Cooking instructions

Pan Fry the fillets skin side down in the marinade for 4-5 minutes, until skin is crispy. Serve with confit garlic and our Marvellous Mash.
