What are dauphinoise potatoes, we hear you ask? We used thinly sliced potatoes, layer them and bake in a luxurious whipping cream mixture. Seasoned with salt and pepper and garlic, it makes the perfect side dish for various meals.
Serve alongside fresh salmon for a light lunch or with some of our luxury meat dishes as a Sunday dinner alternative.
