The gratin is part cooked already.
Remove outer wrapping but leave in the wooden tray.
Bake in a preheated oven 180c for 20-30 minutes until the topping is crispy and golden brown (individual ovens may vary).
To check the item is cooked, slide a thin sharp blade into the potato slices, if the gratin is ready the knife will slip out with ease.
