Description
Three Choirs in Gloucestershire has won more wine awards than any other English estate and enjoys a privileged micro-climate that allows top quality fruit to be produced.
This dry, delicate white wine is made from Phoenix, Madeleine Angevine and Huxelrebe grapes. Subtle, floral aromas of elderflower and nettle combine with fruity, peachy tones for a crisp, bone dry, satisfying mouthful. Unoaked, it goes brilliantly with seafood and chicken and is a fine aperitif. Think Loire sauvignon.
