Cooking instructions

Carefully run a knife around the edges of the terrine to loosen and turn upside down on a chopping board to remove. Serve in finger-thick slices.

Essentially it is carefully assembled layers of cooked mushroom, aubergine, asparagus, courgette and spinach wrapped in leek. Sounds simple but our chefs take great care to make sure it looks this beautiful. All you have to do is slice and plate. We recommend to serve with our Mel Bagel Toasts

A drizzle of truffle oil would add an extra piquancy.
