Doesn’t this look fantastic? Well, the good news is it tastes terrific too.
Essentially it is carefully assembled layers of cooked mushroom, aubergine, asparagus, courgette and spinach wrapped in leek. Sounds simple but our chefs take great care to make sure it looks this beautiful. All you have to do is slice and plate. We recommend to serve with our Mel Bagel Toasts and Chapel Down Chardonnay 2017.
