Cooking instructions

Allow to defrost fully before baking and please remove any film. Remove from the wooden tray and cook in a pre-heated fan oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.

Please be advised that there is variation for each oven, additional cooking time may be required in some cases.

Tender artichoke hearts and wild chanterelle mushrooms, encased in a glorious homemade puff pastry. Just the ticket if you have friends for a smart dinner and you need a luxurious vegetarian option… but be warned; those who receive the ‘meaty’ option instead may feel a tad jealous!

Serves 1 as a main with one of our delicious salads, or a very large starter!
