Cooking instructions

Bakes in 22-25 minutes at 200 Celsius in pre-heated oven, turn down to 180c for a further 5 minutes until golden brown

A ‘pithivier’ is a fancy name for an enclosed pie. Ours is filled with a fabulous blend of courgettes, walnuts and Cornish Yarg cheese. Think of the best nut roast you’ve ever tasted, except even better because it’s encased in golden, crisp puff pastry. Scrumptious.
