Keep all products refrigerated, Smoked Salmon will have minimum 14 days in the fridge and can be frozen. Smoked Salmon Pate will last minimum of 20 days unopened and is not suitable for home freezing. Royal Roe will last minimum of 6 months unopened, once opened consume within 3 days, not suitable for home freezing
