Description
Previously known as our Keta caviar, our recently crowned Royal Roe has been renamed in honour of the recent Coronation. The Japanese call it ikura – it’s a delicacy in its own right, and H. Forman & Son have been supplying this marvellous product to top establishments for many years. Salmon roe can be large and soft, so most chefs prefer our smaller, neater trout roe. It has more of a pop.
Try serving on blinis with a touch a sour cream, and a slice of our London Cure Smoked Salmon.
Our caviar has been pasteurised.
