Ingredients

Smoked Salmon: Scottish Salmon (FISH), Rock Salt, Oak Smoke Buckwheat Blinis: Buckwheat Flour, Free range EGGS, Yeast, Water, Sugar and seasoning. Blini Kit includes Capers, Shallots, Creme Fraiche (MILK)   Allergens In BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS

Cooking instructions

Place a spoonful of crème fraiche on each blini, top with the smoked salmon and sprinkle with capers and shallots

Additional information

Keep refrigerated. 5 days Unopened. Smoked Salmon can be frozen for up to 3 months. Blinis can be frozen for 3 months, and should be warmed through gently in oven or a dry pan (on both sides) once defrosted before serving.

Our homemade blinis can be used in a multitude of ways, and are also sold separately.
