Smoked Salmon: Scottish Salmon (FISH), Rock Salt, Oak Smoke

Buckwheat Blinis: Buckwheat Flour, Free range EGGS, Yeast, Water and seasoning.

Blini Kit includes Capers, Shallots, Creme Fraiche (MILK)



Cooking instructions

Place a spoonful of crème fraiche on each blini, top with the smoked salmon and sprinkle with capers and shallots

Keep refrigerated. 5 days Unopened. Smoked Salmon can be frozen for up to 3 months. Blinis - not suitable for home freezing

The kit includes homemade buckwheat blinis, crème fraîche, chopped shallots and capers, as well as a perfect portion of our Grade One Smoked Salmon, of course.

Our homemade blinis can be used in a multitude of ways, and are also sold separately.

Kit makes 18 blinis.
