Black Cod, Miso sauce – which contains –  Sake (Rice, Koji, Yeast, & Brewers Alcohol water), Soya bean paste (Water, Soybeans, Rice & salt), Mirin (Glucose, Fermented rice extract (water, rice, alcohol & salt), Sugar, Sprit vinegar, Acidity regulator, Phosphoric acid & Cane molasses) & Demerara sugar.


Contains fish, soy and gluten.

Cooking instructions

Part cooked. Cook for 8 minutes in a 200c oven

Warning – there may be small bones present but every effort has been taken to remove them

Additional information

Keep refrigerated. Minimum 5 Days, Unopened Can be frozen up to 3 Months.

Party food at its best. We marinade bitesize chunks of sablefish (black cod) in a miso glaze and part cook them. All you need to do is bake for a few minutes to caramelise, and serve with the miso dipping sauce provided. Stylish canapés that your guests will love.
