Scottish Beef Fillet, Potato, Red Wine (SULPHITES), Truffle Oil, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper
Bernaise Style Sauce: Mayonnaise (MILK), Rapeseed Oil, Pasteurised EGG yolk, White Wine Vinegar (SULPHITES), Tarragon, Chervil, Salt, Pepper

Cooking instructions
Remove from wooden tray and place on a lightly oiled baking tray. Place in a pre-heated oven 200c for 8-10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

Skewers keep refrigerated, 5 days unopened or freeze on receipt for up to 3 months. Sauce keep refrigerated, not suitable for home freezing.
