Fresh Scottish Salmon (FISH) , Tempura flour (WHEAT), Free range EGGS , Rice vinegar, Craft Beer (WHEAT)(BARLEY) Salt & Pepper

To reheat: If serving hot, remove tempura portions from packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180C for 3 minutes.
To Microwave: remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power for 30 seconds.
Alternatively for an extra crispy batter, the skewers can be deep fried for a minute. (Note: All appliances vary – these are guidelines only – check food is pipping hot before serving) Serving: Serve with a chilli or sweet and sour dipping sauce
