Salmon & Tuna Tataki
Several noted chefs in London rely on Formans for sushi grade fish. For these ready-to-serve tataki cut we cut long, round fillets from tuna and salmon loins, sear them quickly and roll them in coriander, sesame and pink peppercorns. Simply slice to your preferred thickness and serve with the soy sauce and wasabi provided. Easy.
