Fresh Scottish Salmon (FISH), Honey, (SESAME) seed oil , teriyaki sauce (SOYA, WHEAT, GLUTEN), soy sauce (SOYA) , salt.

Cooking instructions

At home, simply finish in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes in a 200c oven and serve with the mirin soya dipping sauce.

We marinade our ridiculously fresh Grade One salmon in a homemade teriyaki sauce, then sear it to caramelise the edges. All you have to do is reheat for a couple of minutes and serve with mirin soya dipping sauce. Your guests will love them.
