Cooking instructions

Cooked ready to serve or warm through if required for 5-6 minutes in a 200c oven.

Our phenomenally popular fishcakes are handmade by our chefs with prime fish – absolutely no off-cuts – and finished in gluten free panko crumbs which crisp up beautifully in cooking.  In this new cocktail size they make perfect finger food for parties.  We serve them here on Fish Island whenever we are entertaining and they always go down extremely well.
