If you want a classic Sunday roast it has to be rib of beef, rare in the middle, cut in thick slices. Our beef is 32-day aged grass fed Aberdeen Angus from Scotland – where else? – and it’s exactly the same beef we serve in our restaurant, such is the quality. The flavour is fantastic.
We recommend to serve with Meopham’s Union Red 2021, Roasted Root Vegetables and Dauphinoise Potatoes.
