Cooking instructions

Place on an oiled baking sheet in a 200C oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with the caper & lemon mayonnaise provided.

These are great. Fantastic finger food for a buffet lunch or stylish cocktail party. The best Scottish salmon coated in fresh breadcrumbs and pre-fried so all you have to do is re-heat. We even supply the mayo and the charred lemons!
