Our Salmon fish fingers have proved such a success but you still wanted more so here’s a white fish version. Haddock is perfect because it holds together so well under deep frying and is full of robust flavours. They’re pre-fried so just reheat in the oven.
Haddock (FISH), Panko breadcrumbs [WHEAT Flour, Salt, Yeast, Enzyme, Soy Oil (SOYA)], WHEAT Flour, Free Range EGGS, MILK, Salt, Pepper

Place on an oiled baking sheet in a 200C oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with the Tartare Sauce provided.
