He who will be obeyed, Lance Forman, says he serves this whenever he throws a party at home and it’s always a huge favourite. We make it, for you and him, with fresh sole, plenty of olive oil and lots of capers. Serve warm or at room temperature. It’s lovely either way.

Cooking instructions
Place on an oiled baking sheet in a 200C oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with the lemon Capers Parsley & Olive Oil provided.
