    Potato Dauphinoise is layers of thinly sliced potatoes baked in a luxurious whipping cream mixture. They’re seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic and make the perfect side dish. Crispy potatoes and silky cream sound like a match made in heaven to us!

    Serve with Beef Wellington, Salmon & Dill Lasagne or if you’re looking for a lighter lunch, serve it alongside fresh salmon.

    Potato(98%), Whipping Cream(MILK), Unsalted Butter(MILK),  Salt,  Pepper & Garlic.

  • Cooking instructions

    The gratin is part cooked already. Remove outer wrapping but leave in the wooden tray. Bake in a preheated oven 180c for 20-30 minutes until the topping is crispy and golden brown (individual ovens may vary). To check the item is cooked, slide a thin sharp blade into the potato slices, if the gratin is ready the knife will slip out with ease.
