    The retro terrine is back in vogue, and we couldn’t be happier. Lloyd Hardwick’s sophisticated delicacy with chicken mousse, Gressingham confit duck, pistachios and smoked bacon will serve four people as a starter. It looks fantastic on the plate and goes really well with our Mel Bagel Toasts, Pickled Beetroot and a glass of Bolney Pinot Noir.

    Chicken, Smoked Bacon, Confit Duck, Cream (MILK), Pistachios (NUTS), Shallots, Herbs, Free Range EGGS, Salt & Pepper Allergens above in bold

  • Cooking instructions

    Carefully run a knife around the edges of the terrine to loosen and turn upside down on a chopping board to remove. Serve in finger-thick slices with pickles.
