A fantastic example of a cool climate Pinot. Light to medium body, full of red cherry and hints of cedar wood, which gives a lovely complexity to the bouquet and palate. A wonderful pairing with chicken, rabbit, game, duck and pork.
“This is quite simply one of the finest English red wines I have ever tasted. It proves that when the weather conditions allow we can make drinkable red wine in England. Translucent in colour it has spicy, peppery red berry and raspberry fruit with a little smoky oak. Exceptional.” Will Lyons, Sunday Times
