Bolney Pinot Noir 2021

A fantastic example of a cool climate Pinot. Light to medium body, full of red cherry and hints of cedar wood, which gives a lovely complexity to the bouquet and palate.  A wonderful pairing with chicken, rabbit, game, duck and pork.
