We all celebrate Christmas in our own way. Whether you’re planning a celebration for 15 or you’re staying at home, everyone should have the chance to enjoy a full-on festive feast without the effort of cooking a whole turkey that may be far too big. This specially curated meal is designed for two, but it would also work for one person with leftovers for Boxing Day!
Instead of the whole bird, this menu includes a Ballotine of Turkey; boned and rolled free-range Norfolk Bronze turkey, stuffed with pork, apple and sage and wrapped in pancetta. Ready in 15 minutes, and a cinch to carve. We also include Pommes Chateaux, Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta, Smoked Salmon, Mince Pies and Christmas Pud for afters, Potted Stilton and a half bottle of superb English fizz, and even more.
