This fantastic dye-free haddock is smoked in a century old brick smokehouse in Grimsby and enjoys PGI Status, much like Champagne or our very own London Cure Smoked Salmon. In other words, it’s the very best.
Simply poach in milk and serve with a knob of butter for a well-deserved breakfast treat.
Poach in simmering milk or water for approx. 4-6 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
