Balfour Brut Rosé

“England’s most exclusive pink fizz” is produced from the three classic grape varieties- Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

This single vineyard wine is made using selected parcels of the finest grapes from Balfour Winery’s oldest vineyard at Hush Heath Estate, Oast House Meadow. Balfour’s iconic sparkling rosé is made in small quantities at their state of the art winery in deepest Kent, the Garden of England.

Palest pink with crisp English acidity, rich fruit and a refreshingly long finish.

Colour: Olde English Rose

Nose: Fresh, clean, and lightly aromatic

Palate: Vibrant English acidity with complex tangerine, citrus and summer berry fruit, as befits the pinot dominant blend.

Food pairings: Chorizo, cured meats, and stilton.
