We sell it in packs serving 2-4 people, but we highly recommend the Charcuterie Platter, for 4 people, prepared by our own chefs, presented on a beautiful wooden tray ready to serve as your party piece, already garnished with figs and parmesan shavings. The platter includes a selection of Monmouthshire Air-Dried Ham, Beef Carpaccio, Wild Boar, Red Wine & Pork Salami and Spicy Chorizo.
