Our new Apple & Bramble Crumble is packed with blackcurrants, blackberries, Bramley apples, Mother’s Ruin Sloe Gin and topped with an irresistible crumble of oatmeal and honey – from Putney of all places. Simply warm through in its wooden tray and serve with our Crème Anglaise. Perfection!

After a trip to Mother’s Ruin Gin Palace just a stone’s throw from us, we were blown away with this spirit and have added since added the Mother’s Sloe Gin to our crumble recipe, with wild sloe’s hand picked from hedgerows in Epping Forest and Cumbria, the same every year!
