We simmer roasted turkey bones with vegetables, herbs and a splash of white wine to create a full-bodied stock, then finish it with pan-style drippings and a light roux for the perfect silky pour.

Turkey stock which contains – (Turkey bones, Pig trotters, Carrots, Onions, Leeks, Garlic, Parsley, Thyme, White wine (SULPHITES) & Water.), Unsalted butter (MILK), WHEAT flour which contains – (WHEAT Flour (GLUTEN), Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Salt & Pepper.
