Olympic Park Honey

Pure honey with a purpose. Thoughtfully harvested and prepared in collaboration with the neurodiverse King’s Trust Enterprise students from East London, this jar supports a hands-on eco project and helps fund their dream of launching a mobile coffee Tuc Tuc. Forman & Field will support this further by contributing an extra £1 very every jar sold.

The lovely bees that produce this wonderful honey are actually our next-door neighbours. Produced just 200m away from the Smokehouse… You can’t get much more local than that! The bees benefit from bountiful flora around the Olympic Park and the honey is largely collected from the extensive wildflower meadows where the bees have been thriving since 2017.

Winner of ‘Best Urban Honey’ at the National Honey Show 2021. The honey is processed by hand using traditional manual extractors, no heating or pasteurization is involved to ensure the product is as natural as possible.

The honey is delicate, bright and floral, and just wonderful spread on toast.
