These smoked salmon trimmings make for a fantastic cooking ingredient. They’re essentially what’s left after we’ve trimmed and sliced our sides of smoked salmon; not quite pretty enough for our packs of London Cure, but far too delicious to throw away. They’re what we class as our “best” trimmings, meaning there’s little to no brown meat, just tasty goodness and healthy oils!
Try blitzing them into a pate, or stir into pasta with a little cream and lemon for a quick, delicious meal.
