Description
Quinces are aromatic bright golden-yellow pome fruit, similar in appearance to pears. They have a delicate citrus flavour with a heady floral perfume and notes of apples and pears.
This liqueur is made from quinces grown on the farm at Somerset Cider Brandy Company and infused with their pure apple spirit and a dash of sugar. It creates this beautiful crisp liqueur with a wonderful astringency.
