Our Ultimate Steak Night for Two kit is everything you need for the perfect steak night at home! Super easy to prepare and with the finest ingredients, there’s no need to venture out as we’ve done all the hard work for you.

You’ll get 1x  Tomahawk exquisite grass-fed steak 900g (min. weight), dry aged to intensify flavours and improve tenderness. Serve alongside our handmade polenta chips, expertly made by our talented chefs, a side of rich creamed forest mushrooms, accompanied with our chefs favourite Truffle Mustard, made in the Cotswolds with finest Italian truffles.

Plus, we’ve thrown in 3 craft beers for you both to enjoy on the house!

Steak: Grass fed, free range 30 day aged Aberdeen Angus Beef

Polenta Chips: Polenta (MILK), Thyme, Rosemary, Sun blushed tomato, Goats Cheese, Parmesan (MILK), Salt & Pepper

Creamed Forest Mushrooms: Paris, Oyster, Shitake, Enokie Mushrooms, Cream (MILK), Shallots, Thyme, Tarragon, White wine (SULPHATES), Salt & Pepper

Black Truffle Mustard: (MUSTARD) Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Black Truffles, Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Acetic Acid, Water, Black Truffle Flavouring

Seal beef in hot pan with a little oil and unsalted butter, spooning over the steak. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then place in preheated oven at 180c.

General cooking guidelines for the perfect steak. Rare 11 minutes per 450g/1lb, Medium 14 minutes per 450g/1lb, Well done 16 minutes per 450g/1lb

Reheat Polenta Chips on a baking tray in preheated oven at 180c for 8-10 mins or place in fryer till hot and crispy

Reheat Creamed Mushrooms in a small pan until piping hot.
