Miso Marinade Glaze

Our miso glaze is prepared in the Forman’s kitchen using the finest miso, sake, demerara sugar and a dash of mirin.

The glaze works equally well with salmon or chicken and comes in a reusable kilner jar.

Miso sauce (100%) – which contains – Sake – (Water, Rice, Rice koji & Distilled alcohol), Miso Shiro – (Water, Soybeans(SOYA), Rice, Salt & Ethyl alcohol), Mirin – (Glucose syrup, Water, Sprit vinegar, Fermented rice extract (Water, Rice, Alcohol, Salt & Rice malt), Sugar, Acidity regulator, Citric acid & Cane molasses) & Demerara sugar.

Ready to serve. Brush some of this glaze onto your dish in the oven just before it has completed cooking. Alternatively, the glaze can act as a delicious dip.

Not suitable for home freezing
