Description
A firm goat’s cheese washed with Somerset Cider Brandy, made by Pete Humphries of Somerset’s White Lake Cheese. The size of this cheese gives it slightly more depth and is matured for 3 months resulting in a more robust flavour and becoming ‘fruitier’ with age.
Can also be grated on pasta and salads.
